At Do Somwell we stand behind every single thing we make. If you're not happy, we're not happy.
- You have 7 days from delivery to start a return or exchange.
- No restocking fees. Ever.
- For exchanges: we pay for the shipping on the new item going out to you.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. We can not accept returns on underwear, socks or personalised items for hygiene reasons.
- Once we receive and inspect your item we will process your refund or exchange within 2 business days.

- Original shipping costs are non refundable.
- If you use a free return label we will deduct the cost of the label from your refund amount.
- We do not offer returns after 45 days under any circumstances. No exceptions.
- We do not negotiate partial refunds. If you have an issue with your item we will either fix it, send you a replacement, or give you a full refund.
- If your order arrives damaged or wrong: we will send you a replacement immediately. No need to send the broken one back, just send us a photo.
We reserve the right to refuse returns from anyone we believe is abusing this policy.

- If a package is marked as delivered and you do not have it, you must contact us within 10 days of the delivery date. After this time we can not open a claim with the carrier.
